Full-stack ERP for a multi-outlet F&B central kitchen — procurement, inventory, production logging, and automated double-entry accounting in one integrated system.
- Architected a multi-module ERP from scratch covering the full kitchen operations cycle: supplier purchase orders, goods receipt with FIFO batch tracking, recipe-based production logging, waste recording, and multi-outlet sales order dispatch.
- Built an automated double-entry accounting engine that generates journal entries on every stock event — goods receipt, production completion, waste, shipment, and payments — with zero manual bookkeeping required from staff.
- Implemented strict unit conversion enforcement across all stock intake flows (GR, Quick Purchase, edit requests), throwing actionable errors with unit and item names when a conversion rule is missing, preventing silent data corruption.
- Designed a configurable RBAC system with per-module permissions editable by the owner, dynamic HPP pricing formula with per-outlet transport cost methods, and PDF generation (invoice + delivery note) compatible with IPOS 5.0 format.
- Delivered a companion mobile PWA for owners to monitor real-time stock levels, HPP per product, and financial summaries across all cafe outlets without opening the full desktop app.
